HOW COULD THEY! Zebedee could not have been too pleased when his two strapping sons dropped everything and went off with the itinerant preacher. He had a fishing business to run and needed their help. And what kind of example were they setting for the hired men they left behind to take up the slack? We don't know if Zebedee ever did understand his sons' impulsive decision, which forever changed the direction of their lives.
