THE POWER OF DREAMS
Do you honor your dreams? The Magi did and found another route home so as to avoid Herod's court. Joseph did and took Mary as his wife. They recognized the truth that came to them as they slept and were willing to stake their lives on it. Many find in their dreams a way to access their own inner wisdom and to connect with loved ones who had passed into eternal life. What might you gain by honoring your own dreams?

A CHRISTMAS THANK YOU
Dear Parishioners,
I would like to again extend my thanks to all of you for a beautiful
Christmas at Holy Cross. On behalf of Father Andy, Father Ed and the staff, I
offer my gratitude for your cards, prayers and words of support you sent to us.
Also, I want to thank in particular:
All the musicians, ushers, servers, Lectors and Ministers of the Altar.
All who helped prepare and deliver the food baskets.
All who helped decorate the Church so beautifully.
All who helped deliver flowers to the sick and shut-ins of the parish.
All those who worked behind the scenes in any way.
All who gave so generously to the "Continuing Our
Tradition" campaign and the fund for
the new tables and chairs in Kolbe Hall.
Above all, to the loyal and faithful members of Holy Cross, I am grateful
for your generosity and benevolence to the parish through a wonderful Christmas
collection of $17,297.98
God
Bless You in the New Year!
Father
David Ostrowski, Pastor |
PLEASE REMEMBER TO KEEP SAVING ALUMINUM CANS - The money raised
from recycling aluminum goes
toward the new tables and chairs in Kolbe Center. We still need to raise
$424.63. Bags of aluminum cans can be put in the containers by the doors of the
church or by the garages behind the rectory. Thanks!! |
