A SPECIAL THANK YOU to Erin Denman, Jack Hennessy, Sarah Huisenga, Sylvester Jedlenski, Henry and Virginia Krawczynski, Frank Nawara, Fred and Burnette Polkey, George Shimshock and John Wrobel for volunteering their time to deliver flowers to our sick and homebound. It was a task greatly appreciated by your parish and all who received them.

THE 2003 CONTRIBUTION ENVELOPES for youth in grades 1 thru 11 can be picked up at the University Avenue entrance to Church. |
JANUARY & FEBRUARY ADULT ENVELOPES - As of Tuesday, December 31, parishioners have not yet received their contribution envelopes for January and February. Until you receive your envelopes, be assured that all checks placed in the collection plate payable to Holy Cross Church are matched with your envelope number and recorded on your financial statement. |
SNOW PLOWING - In the January & February envelope packet you will find an envelope for Snow Plowing. Thus far we haven't had much snow. However, as it happened last year, there was plenty of snow in March and early April. The snow will be coming. If you don't use the envelope now, please save it for later in the season when we will definitely have snow removal bills. |
AN INVITIATION: Please contact one of our Pastoral Ministers, Sister
Benita, Sister Donna or Sister Priscilla (612-789-9168), or leave a message with Janice at the
Parish Office, if your loved one, neighbor or friend
(Holy Cross parishioner) is in the hospital, nursing
home or has become homebound. It is important to us
as a parish to continue to minister to all those who are and have been an important part of the Holy Cross community.

HOSPITALIZATIONS - Did you know that
because of privacy laws, hospitals and nursing homes do not call us to report if
a parishioner has been admitted, or if a person's condition has worsened? That
means we rely on family members and neighbors to keep us informed. Please call
the Rectory, 612-789-7238, so that we can follow up with a visit and offer the
sacraments of healing. |
MOVING? - Please let us know. To
keep parish operations running smoothly, it is important that our records be
kept up-to-date. Please call the Rectory, 612-789-7238, when you have a change
of address. |
