MARRIAGE ENRICHMENT SEMINAR - The Romance for a Lifetime Christian marriage enrichment seminars will be held on four Monday evenings, October 2, 9, 16 & 23, from 7:00-9:00 p.m.  Couples can learn to “tune-up” their skills in communication, conflict, resolution, faith and intimacy.  Cost is $85 per couple for the 4 evening series.  Call Jim or Mary Jo Faustgen at 763-545-3433 to pre-register or for more information.

THE 30TH ANNUAL FALL CONFERENCE for the Separated and Divorced sponsored by the Office for Separated and Divorced of Catholic Charities will be held on Saturday, October 7, 2006, 8:45 to 12:30 at St. John’s Parish in New Brighton.  This year’s conference theme “Moving from Anger to Forgiveness: How This Affects Our Relationships” is one that touches the lives of all who are experiencing separation or divorce.  Earnie Larsen, nationally know author and lecturer, will give the presentations.  Cost is $20.  For brochures and information call 651-603-0251.

FAITH FORMATION CLASSES AND FIRST COMMUNION PREPARATION registration after Masses this weekend.  It will only take a few minutes:

· All children who will attend public school and be in grades 1-8 next school year.

· Children who will be in grade 2 in preparation for First Holy Communion whether they attend public school or Pope John Paul II Catholic School.

GREG ADLER BENEFIT (grandson of parishioner Betty Adler) on September 23, 2006 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 171 Elm Street, Lino Lakes, MN. 2:00 p.m. to midnight.  Greg was injured in a bicycle accident on July 5th while touring cross-country with buddies.  After being airlifted from Montana he still remains in a coma at Bethesda Hospital.  For more information call Mike at 763-785-9341.
