Our Fall Festival is only ONE week away.
RAFFLE TICKETS -
Buy and/or sell your Raffle tickets - we have more at the Rectory.
FLEA MARKET - Bring items to the garage behind the Rectory Monday thru Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. No clothing or TV's please.
FANCY BOOTH - Theme baskets, crochet, knit, carve, holiday decorations, etc. Items can be brought to the Rectory weekdays.
PARCEL POST - Donations of "mystery" gifts for people of all ages for the Parcel Post Booth. Useable items for this booth are needed. Mark the bag "Parcel Post" and bring them to the Rectory.
BIG WHEEL - Lots of prizes are needed for this booth. Could you or your place of employment donate an item to the Holy Cross Fall Festival?
BOTTLEMANIA - Buy items for Bottlemania any item in a bottle will be greatly appreciated - shampoo, soap, hand lotion, pop, ketchup, etc.
PICK UP PRIZES - Some local businesses have called and asked that a prize be picked up. We need someone to do the pick ups.
CAKE WALK/COUNTRY STORE - We need LOTS of cakes! Boxes available after Masses this weekend. Bring cakes to Kolbe Hall Sept. 14 or 15.
VOLUNTEER TO WORK - We need lots of volunteers.

To volunteer or to have questions answered, please call the Rectory weekdays at 612-789-7238.
 VOLUNTEERS ARE ESPECIALLY NEEDED in the Dining Room. If you can work a shift - 10:30 to 1 :00 or 1 :00 to 3:30, please call the Rectory and let us know. Please, please don't assume that we know "you work every year." Call Janice at the Rectory weekdays at 612-789-7238 to volunteer.
THIS YEAR AT THE HOLY CROSS FALL FESTIVAL we will again have a beautiful Redwood Swing as one of our special Raffles. New this year will be a Wishing Well. Both items were hand made and donated by John Tomczyk. Look for the Swing and Wishing Well at the Festival!

 FALL FESTIVAL - Polka Mass at 10:00 a.m. Chicken Dinner 11 :00-3:00 p.m. Music, Food, Fun!

FALL FESTIVAL - Set up:
Set up for the Fall Festival, including the tables in the gym, begins at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. Help is needed in many, many areas. Lunch will be served.
Carry-out help. Extra people are needed on Sept. 14 to carry out items for the Flea Market, Dollar Mania, Fancy Booth, etc. This would be an area where parents and children can work together.
                                           All help is greatly appreciated!
