Text Box: MESSAGE FROM FATHER JENSON Our Lord Jesus calls for an unconditional belief in his gift of himself in the Eucharist in our Gospel this Sunday. Some of the disciples listening to him could bring themselves to do this and went away from Jesus. Jesus gave the same challenge to the apostles to accept his offering of his very body and blood in the Eucharist and willingly to consume it for eternal life. As Catholics we have that same and offer and challenge from the Lord. Can we believe in him truly present on our altars body, blood, soul and divinity? Once we do, our experience of the mass should begin to take on much greater depth and power. We have a mystery on our altars and in our tabernacles. We have the coming of the Lord, to prepare us for his final coming. Come into our hearts Lord Jesus and help us to sense you living and loving us in communion. Father Glen Jenson, Pastor

SHRINE OF OUR LADY OF GUADALUPE TOUR will be Wednesday, September 30.  The tour to LaCrosse, Wisconsin includes: coffee stop in Stockholm, hot lunch buffet, mass, time to tour the grounds, deluxe motor coach and tour director.  Cost is $52.50 per person.  Departs Holy Cross at 7:00 AM and returns at 6:30 PM.  To register or for information call Joan at 612-379-4488.
