Text Box: MESSAGE FROM
FATHER JENSON

The Lord Jesus says, “Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me and I in him.” Just think of the power of what he is saying to us, in the Eucharist we have a physical bond with the Lord God through Jesus. Because of his gift of free will we can ignore this bond, can fail to open up to it and feel his presence within, but he is always there in each one of us who receives him worthily in Holy Communion. That is something amazing! Never separate yourself or your children from this precious gift on unity with God for life and the after-life which is here to be renewed and deepened every time we come to mass. May our Lady help us to appreciate what a gift we have in the most Blessed Sacrament of the Eucharist.

Archdiocesan Planning: The Archdiocese has undertaken a planning process concerning the future use of the resources of the church. It is hoped that this process will ensure that the church in this archdiocese continues to be able to maintain and build up parishes, schools and other institutions in the Archdiocese to meet future needs of Catholics as the population grows and moves around the Twin Cities. There will be open forums on this subject coming up in September and October. If you have read the materials that have been provided either in hand outs or bulletin inserts, depending on which of our three parishes you go to, please feel free to bring them to my attention so that more can be said to help answer any questions that you may have.
