OUR GARAGE SALE IS ONLY TEN DAYS AWAY! We need your help for the August 16, 17, 18 Holy Cross Garage Sale. Do you have good, useable items around your house that you no longer need? Can you donate a box, a couple of bags, or a couple of boxes of things you no longer use to the Garage Sale? Take a few minutes and gather up items in your home. We are unable to use clothing, TV’s or furniture. Bring your items to the garages behind the Rectory weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or before Mass on the weekends. FUN FEST 2006 - Immaculate Conception, 40th and Jackson St. N.E. in Columbia Heights, is having their annual Fun Fest on Saturday, August 12th from 4:30-10:30 p.m. and on Sunday, August 13th from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. There will be live music under the Big Tent, Fabulous Food, Beer Garden, Silent Auction, Country Store, Pull Tabs, Bingo, Kiddie Games and much more.
