Text Box: THE HOLY CROSS FALL FESTIVAL IS September 19 & 20 Here are some things that can be done now: Design a theme basket for the Arts and Crafts Booth. Pick a theme - Movie Time, Scrapbooking, Leisure Time, etc. and fill a basket with items relating to your theme. Make items for the Fancy Booth - crochet, knit, carve, paint, holiday ornaments. Start collect (searching) for donations of “mystery gifts” for people of all ages for the Parcel Post Booth. Useable items for this booth are needed. Think of where you would like to work. We need and would like lots of volunteers. Help plan and run the Festival Silent Auction. Questions? Call the Rectory weekdays at 612-789-7238.

POLKA DAZE - St. Anthony of Padua has announced their Annual Polka Daze Festival for Sunday, August 2nd on the parish grounds at 804-2nd Street N.E.  It will begin with a Polka Mass at 11:00 AM and continue on the grounds until 5:00 PM.  Event includes cash drawings, food, door prizes, and live polka music with the Dick Macko Orchestra as well as games for children and adults.  For more information call 612-379-2324.
