Text Box: OUR FALL FESTIVAL
is September 15 & 16

Here are some ideas
of what can be done now:

Pick up your Raffle tickets in the back of Church. Buy and/or sell them. More are available at the Rectory weekdays.
Make items for the Fancy Booth - crochet, knit, carve, paint, holiday ornaments, etc.
Design a theme basket for the Arts and Crafts Booth. Pick a theme - Knitting, Cooking, Candles, etc. - and fill the basket with related items.
Start collecting (searching) for donations of “mystery gifts” for people of all ages for the Parcel Post Booth. Useable items for the booth are needed.
Think of where you would like to volunteer your time to work.

Questions? Call the Rectory weekdays at 612-789-7238.

NATIONAL NIGHT OUT - The City of Minneapolis encourages you to gather with your neighbors to celebrate the 24th Annual National Night Out on Tuesday, August 7.  This is a time for people to meet with each other, build a sense of community, celebrate successes in the neighborhood and have fun.  Neighbors who are connected and watch out for each other are the most effective way to prevent crime.  For more information, visit www.ci.minneapolis.mn.us/nno or call 311 (or 612-673-3000).

TEACHER NEEDED - We are looking for a teacher to volunteer on Wednesday nights Faith Formation class from 6:30 to 7:30 PM.  If you are interested or want more information, call Sister Donna at 612-789-9168 evenings.
