 IT'S NEVER TOO EARLY
to think FALL FESTIVAL!
September 14 & 15

What better time than now to think about what you can do for the Fall Festival. Things that can be done now are:
Pick up your Raffle tickets in the back of Church.
Bring items for the Flea Market to the garage behind the Rectory Monday thru Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Make things for the Fancy Booth - theme baskets, crochet, knit, carve, paint, holiday ornaments, etc.
Start collecting (searching) for donations of "mystery" gifts for people of all ages for the Parcel Post Booth. Useable items for this booth are needed. Mark the bag "Parcel Post" and bring them to the Rectory.
Think of where you would like to volunteer your time to work and volunteer. We always need lots of volunteers in all areas.

If you have any questions, please call the Rectory weekdays at 612-789-7238.
HOLY CROSS CONFIRMATION CANDIDATES FUN'D RAISER - Our Confirmation Candidates are sponsoring an Aluminum Recycling Drive from May through September to help with the purchase of new tables and chairs for Kolbe Center. Please help us with this project. Bags of aluminum cans (pop or beer) can be put in the containers by the doors of the church or by the garages behind the rectory. Please - no glass or tin. If you cannot save aluminum, cash donations also accepted. Questions? Call Sister Benita at 612-789-9168.
HOSPITALIZATIONS - Did you know that because of privacy laws, hospitals and nursing homes do not call us to report if a parishioner has been admitted, or if a person's conditioned has worsened? We depend on family members and neighbors to keep us informed. Please call the Rectory, 612-789-7238, so we can follow- up with a visit and offer the sacraments of healing.
MOVING? Please let us know. To keep parish records up-to-date - it is important that we have the correct information. Please call the Rectory during work hours at 612-789-7238 when you have either an address or telephone number change.
FIRST SATURDAY DEVOTIONS will be held this Saturday, July 6 at Holy Cross at 7:45 a.m. with praying of the first three decades of the Rosary and Mass at 8:00 a.m. After Mass our devotions will continue with the final two decades of the Rosary, meditation and prayers.
