Welcome to Church of the Holy Cross

IS IT ENOUGH?

Hospitality was important to Jesus. If you saw someone in need of food, drink, shelter, clothing, you were to share what you had with them. It was simple. Today we call such acts "charity" and expect them only of non-profit or government organizations - after proper paper work has been filled out. Do you think that is all that Jesus had in mind?

PETER'S PENCE 2002 COLLECTION FOR THE WORKS OF THE HOLY FATHER - Today our parish participates in the St. Peter's Pence 2002 Collection for the Works of the Holy Father. Each year the Holy Father asks us to help him provide for our neediest brothers and sisters through the world - those who suffer due to war, oppression, and natural disasters. Join the Holy Father in this act of justice and kindness. Please pray for the Holy Father and give generously to this special appeal. Thank you.
