Text Box: BULLETIN CONNECTION Shepherding is one of the responsibilities of the community of faith. As a baptized people we share in the ministry of Christ on earth. As the body of Christ we act in the world today in his name. In each generation some people are called to exercise a ministry among the people of God. This ordained service as a deacon, priest, or bishop is another way of sharing in the ministry of Christ. Sometimes this call goes unnoticed; sometimes it is unheeded. On this Good Shepherd Sunday, the World Day of Vocations, consider who you know in this parish who may be called to service in the Church. Don’t be shy in encouraging that person to think about a vocation to ministry. You may be an instrument of God.

ENGLISH ALTAR AND ROSARY GUILD MEETING Monday, May 8 beginning in Church at 7:00 p.m.  Rosary, May Crowning, installation of new officers and new members.  Meeting to follow in Kolbe Hall.  Rose Leaders are asked to turn in their dues books.  The Holy Name will join the ladies for a social following the meeting.  Roses 108 and 109 will furnish refreshments.  If any ladies are interested in joining the Rosary Guild, please call Janice at the Parish Office on Monday 612-789-7238.
