PEACE MASS - St. Anthony of Padua Church, 804-2nd Street N.E. will be the host of the next Peace Mass on Tuesday, April 28th.  Rosary at 6:30 PM; Mass at 7:00 PM.  Receive a copy of the message given to the Blessed Virgin Mary at Medjugorje on the 25th of every month.  Refreshments follow.

DEVOTIONS - First Saturday Devotions will be here at Holy Cross this Sat., May 2 at 7:45 AM with praying of the first three decades of the Rosary and Mass at 8:00 AM.  After Mass our devotions will continue with praying of the final two decades of the Rosary, prayer and meditation. 

REGISTRATION - This Wednesday, April 29th we will begin registration for the 2009-2010 Faith Formation classes and First Communion preparation.  It will only take a few minutes.

 

This registration includes:

· All children who will attend public school and be in grades 1-8 next school year.

· Children who will be in grade 2 preparation for First Holy Communion whether they attend public school or Pope John II Catholic School.

ALL NIGHT VIGIL  - The World Apostolate of Fatima, Archdiocese of St. Paul/Minneapolis, is sponsoring an All Night Vigil of reparation and prayer at St. Elizabeth Seton, 2035 West 15th Street, Hastings.  The vigil will begin on Friday, May 1st with Mass at 8:00 PM and will conclude with Mass at 4:00 AM on Saturday, May 2nd.  Everyone is invited to attend all or part of this devotion.  Contact person: Mary at 651-437-3591.

MARRIAGE DAY  CELEBRATION - All couples celebrating silver and golden anniversaries in the 2009 calendar year are invited to join Most Reverend John C. ANNUAL MAY DAY FAMILY ROSARY PROCESSIONS…..will take place simultaneously in St. Paul and Minneapolis on Sunday May 3rd. The Saint Paul gathering time is 1:30 PM at the State Capitol, Archbishop Nienstedt will preside. Minneapolis gathering time is 1:30 PM in the Dunwoody parking lot, and it will be announced who will preside at the Basilica in Minneapolis. More info: www.familyrosaryprocession.org.
