We have added one extra day to have your photo taken for the new parish directory. Olan Mills will be at Holy Cross Parish on Wednesday, April 27 from 3:00 to 8:30 p.m. Your photo will be included in our new directory and you will receive your 8 x 10 photo and the directory at no charge for participating. You have the option of purchasing additional photos if desired. Be a part of our 2005 history. Call the office weekdays to schedule your appointment - 612-789-7238.

"THANKS MOM FOR LIFE" MOTHER'S DAY CORSAGES - The English Altar & Rosary will again sponsor "Thanks Mom for Life" corsages for Mother's Day. Order your Mom, grandmother, aunt or favorite lady a corsage. Advance sales will be April 23 & 24 and April 30 & May 1. Buy a ticket which you exchange on Mother's Day weekend (May 7 & 8) for a lovely orchid corsage with attached pro-life message. Donation is $5.00. Tickets will be available at each church entrance. Proceeds to area pro-life activities.
POLANIE CLUB SCHOLARSHIP - The Polanie Club of Minneapolis and St. Paul is offering a limited number of $1000 scholarships for the academic year 2005-2006 to qualifying applicants of Polish-American ancestry who are Minnesota residents with a GPA of 3.0 or better. Scholarships will be available to those persons, ages 18- 25, seeking financial aid for future education beyond high school. Applications must be postmarked by July 1, 2005. THE ANNUAL FAMILY ROSARY
PROCESSION - Sunday, May 1, 2005

At the Cathedral in St. Paul families and individuals will meet at 1:30 p.m. at the State Capitol Approach. Procession to the Cathedral will start at 2:00 p.m. Archbishop Harry Flynn will preside.

At the Basilica in Minneapolis families and individuals will meet at 1:30 p.m. at the Dunwoody Institute Parking lot. Procession to the Basilica will start at 2:00 p.m. Auxiliary Bishop Richard E. Pates will preside.

2005 theme is: Mary, Mother of the Rosary.
