Text Box: BULLETIN CONNECTION Alleluia! Christ is risen from the tomb and we have new life in him. This Easter feast is the pinnacle of Sunday celebrations - the annual renewal of our baptismal commitment in which we were joined to the dying and rising of Christ. But each Sunday is another Easter. When we gather each week for the celebration of the Eucharist we recall the death and resurrection of Christ. We gather with the rest of the baptized. We pray for the needs of the world. We are nourished with Christ’s body and blood. We are sent out on mission to bring our Easter hope and joy each week to the weary world. We may not have lilies around all the time, but Easter isn’t just once a year. It comes around every seven days. Enjoy it now and for 51 more times in the coming year!
