Text Box: THE “LIGHT WEIGH” - N.E. Catholic Community Light Weigh will be hosting an orientation meeting at Holy Cross.  Would you like to learn how to overcome temptation and eat the foods you enjoy, while you grow closer to God and lose weight?  Prevention Magazine chose Light Weigh because they met their criteria for a safe and healthy faith based diet program.  There are no weigh-ins.  The Light Weigh Bible Study/DVD series will have an Orientation on Monday, April 25th at 7:00 PM in the Church Library (enter blue doors on 4th St. side and go downstairs).

Baptism - Contact the Parish Office at 612-789-7238 to arrange date and time.  Baptism class required for parents and Godparents before desired date.

Marriage -  Contact the Parish Office at 612-789-7238 for information and guidelines .

First Penance and First Communion - These programs are offered to parishioner’s children each year.  Child must be in second grade or older.  Contact Sister Donna at 612-789-9168.

Confirmation - At Holy Cross this is a two year program.  The next program begins in the fall of 2011.

Religious Education (Faith Formation) Class - All classes are held on Wednesday evenings  from  6:30 to 7:30 pm.  Contact Sister Donna at 612-789-9168.

Sick Calls - In case of serious illness or accident, a Priest should be called at once.  Holy Communion is regularly brought to the sick and shut-in by the Pastoral Ministers.  Call the Rectory at 612-789-7238 or Convent at 612-789-9168 to make arrangements.

Eucharistic Adoration - For  available hours or more information call 763-784-1317 or 612-789-4806.
