Text Box: MESSAGE FROM
FATHER JENSON

This Sunday is Palm Sunday and the beginning of Holy Week. These are solemn high holy days for Christians. If you can curtail your activities during this week to make time for prayer and reflection on this special time of grace, and to attend the great Triduum services for Holy Thursday, Good Friday and Holy Saturday, you will find that Easter Sunday has much greater force and impact for you. God’s love for us is made so clear during Holy Week, come and see! Note the bulletin for services in our tri-parishes.

The only masses that can be held during the Holy Triduum are the evening services of the Lord’s Supper, Veneration of the Cross, and the Easter Vigil. There will be Morning Prayer services at St. Anthony’s from the Church’s Liturgy of the Hours each morning instead of daily mass. If you have been to the Northeast Advent Vesper Services then you will be familiar with what they will be like.

Father Glen Jenson, Pastor
