HOLY CROSS PARISH is going to publish a new pictorial directory through Olan Mills. The directory is a handy too1 to connect names and faces, It is a historical document, and is helpful in ministry and outreach. Please reserve your appointment time today at the doors of the church or call the office this week to make an appointment - 612-789-7238. Each family/household that comes for photography and portrait viewing at the church will receive a free directory & 8 x 10 Custom Color Portrait. You will be able to view and select your portraits electronically from a variety of poses If desired, additional Olan Mills portraits will be available for purchase. Your entire appointment will normally take less than one hour. The photography dates are:

                                  April 6, 7, 8,12 & 13: 2:00 to 8:30 p.m.
                                  Saturday, April 9: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
"ZUREK SOUP" (a special Polish Easter tradition) will be served on April 3rd after the 11:30 AM Polish Mass in Kolbe Center.

DIVINE MERCY SUNDAY
April 3, 2005

On June 13, 2002, Pope John Paul granted a Plenary Indulgence for those who receive Holy Communion on the 2nd Sunday of Easter, now referred to as Divine Mercy Sunday. Divine Mercy Sunday, the 2nd Sunday of Easter will remain in the Church calendar.

At Holy Cross we will have Adoration before the Blessed Sacrament beginning at 3:00 p.m. on Divine Mercy Sunday, April 3. We will pray the Chaplet of Divine Mercy & Divine Mercy Litany and conclude with Benediction. All are invited to attend.

FRANCISCAN FASHION FAIR - A fundraising event for the Sisters of St. Francis, Sylvania, Ohio on Saturday, April 9th at the Church of Immaculate Conception in Columbia Heights.
