· 40 HOURS DEVOTION with Closing Ceremony at 4:00 PM.  Wine and Cheese Social to follow in Kolbe Center.

SOUP SUPPERS - English Altar and Rosary Guild Soup Suppers on Wednesdays during Lent from 4:30 to 7:00 PM in Kolbe Hall.  Enjoy homemade soup, bread, dessert, coffee or milk.  Adults $5.00 and children $1.25 (in celebration of our 125th Anniversary).  This week Chili will be featured.

HOLY CROSS FISH FRY’S every Friday, during Lent except for Good Friday from 5:00 to 7:00 PM in Kolbe Center.  Menu includes: Fish, French Fries or Baked Potato, Cole Slaw, Roll, Coffee or Milk.  Macaroni & Cheese available.  Adults $10.00, Children under 12 - $1.25 (in celebration of Holy Cross’ 125th Anniversary).  Worker sign-up sheets are at the University entrance of Church.  Thank you!

VOLUNTEER NEEDED - Catholic Eldercare is looking for a volunteer to work the Gift Boutique every other Wednesday.  Hours are 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.  Call Beth if interested at 612-362-2417.

LADIES GUILD PLANNING MEETING - Ladies’ Guild Dinner neighborhood planning meeting on Wednesday, March 23 at 6:30 PM Principal’s Office, Room 112 at Pope John Paul II Catholic School, 1630-4th Street N.E. - enter blue door on 4th Street.

THE HOLY NAME SOCIETIES AND MEN’S CLUB’S OF NORTHEAST… Present “Breakfast in Kolbe Center”  on Sunday, April 3, 2011 from 8:00 AM to 12:00 Noon.  French Toast, Sausage, Maple Syrup, Fruit Cup, Orange Juice, Coffee or Milk.   Adults $6.00, Children (5-12) $3.00 and Children under 5 FREE.  Proceeds to PJPII/NERO Booster Club and Northeast Food Shelf.

ENGLISH ROSARY GUILD BINGO - The Holy Cross English Altar and Rosary Guild will sponsor a Ham and Cash Bingo on Sunday, April 10th from 2:00 to 5:00 PM in Kolbe Center.  All are welcome.
