Wednesdays during Lent 5:00-7:00 p.m. in Kolbe Center. Parents - bring your
children before religion classes or come before or after 5:30 p.m. Mass. Menu includes Homemade Soup, Bread, Dessert and Beverage. Adults $3.00 and children $1.50. This week Beef Noodle Soup will be served. All proceeds help feed the hungry at local charities. |

MARIAN HOUR OF PRAYER - Following the terrorist attacks of September 11 on the United States, and in view of the possible war with Iraq, Pope John Paul II is urging Catholics to pray the Rosary for peace. The Knights of Columbus invite you and your family to a Marian Hour of Prayer on Tuesday, March 18, 7:00 p.m. at the Church of St. Charles Borromeo, 2420 Stinson Blvd. N.E. The Marian Hour of Prayer will include Exposition and Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament, Rosary and participation of the Fourth Degree Honor Guard. March is Food Shelf Month -
We will be collecting non- perishable food items to be
given to the East Side Neighborhood Services Food Shelf. Please feel welcome to
bring your food item to school between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. to help us meet
the need of our neighbors who need our help.
io Cardinal Laghi of Rome met with President Bush on March 5th. The Cardinal
will be here to help us celebrate the name change of the school on Thursday,
April 10th. Mass will be at 1:30 p.m. in Holy Cross Church followed by a
blessing of the school and a small reception. All are welcome. |
ANNUAL SPRING LUNCHEON - All Saint's Rosary Guild's annual Spring Luncheon is on
Saturday, April 5th, 2003 starting at noon. Hear our Master Gardner present "Flowering
Annuals of Minnesota" with a slide presentation and wonderful catered
lunch. We will also have a plant sale. Tickets are $15.00. Seating is limited so
