EUCHARISTICADORATION NEWS Season of Lent! Season of penance and prayer!! May our observance of Lent help us to reflect on the death of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. The Adoration Chapel is a perfect place for prayer and reflection. Jesus said: "Come to Me, all you who are weary, and I will refresh you." (MT. 11:28) The Adoration Chapel is located in the convent of Holy Cross.  FIRST SATURDAY DEVOTIONS will be held
this Saturday, March 6th at Holy. Cross at
7:45 a.m. with praying of the first three decades of the
Rosary and Mass at 8:00 a.m.
After Mass our devotions will continue with the praying of the final two decades
of the Rosary, prayer and meditation. All are welcome to participate. |
| HOLY CROSS ADULT CHOIR will resume practice on Wednesday, March 4th at 7:00 p.m. in Church. Anyone interested in joining the choir is welcome to attend. |
 LENTEN SOUP SUPPERS, sponsored by the English Rosary
Guild, will be held
in Kolbe Hall 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on the
Wednesdays during Lent beginning this week. Menu includes:
Homemade Soup or Chili, Bread, Dessert, Milk or Coffee. $3.00 adults and $1.50
for children. All proceeds go to charity. This week Cindy Gipsky will make
Chili. |
