THE ANNUAL SAUERKRAUT SUPPER sponsored by the Holy Cross Parish Activities Committee will be on Tuesday, March 4, 4:00-7:00 p.m. in the school auditorium. Thursday, April 10 - Pio Cardinal Laghi will preside at a 1:30 p.m. liturgy in Holy Cross Church to celebrate with, and bless, the new Pope John Paul II Catholic School community. A reception will follow. All are invited to participate.

Sunday, April 27 - Fun'd Festival - 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the school gym. The Festival is one of two major fundraisers for the school. Community support is necessary for the success of this event.

Thursday, May 1 - Grandparents Day - Grandparents will be invited to the 2:30 p.m. liturgy with the students and then back to the classroom.

Tuesday, May 13 - Spring Concert in the school gym.

Tuesday, May 20 - Faculty/Staff Picnic for Families - Street in front of the school.

Wednesday, June 4 - 8th Grade Graduation - Holy Cross Church.

COUPLES COMMUNICATION TRAINING sponsored by Catholic Charities will start on Monday, March 10,2003 at 1200-2nd Avenue So in Minneapolis, 6:00-8:30 p.m. This is a four session program for adults that teaches listening and disclosure skills that help reduce misunderstandings, tension and hostility in relationships.
