SAUERKRAUT SUPPER - We need help in the dining room, kitchen, and with the downstairs refreshments at the Sauerkraut Supper.  Men are needed to help with the large kettles.  Call the Parish Office weekdays at 612-789-7238 or Joan at 612-379-4488.

SAUERKRAUT SUPPER - The Annual Sauerkraut Supper sponsored by the Holy Cross Parish Activities Committee will be on Tuesday, February 20 from 4:00-7:00 PM in the school auditorium.  The  menu includes: Homemade Sauerkraut, Polish Sausage, Loin of Pork, Potatoes, Rye Bread, Paczki, Coffee/Milk.  Adults $10.00 and $4.00 for Children under 12.  Tickets available at the door.  Music by John Filipczak from 4:00-8:00 PM in Kolbe Center.

17TH ANNUAL I.C. FOLLIES - Immaculate Conception Music Ministry presents “Top of the Chart Hits” on Friday, Feb. 16 at 7:30 PM, Saturday, Feb 17 at 7:30 PM and Sunday, Feb. 18 at 2:00 PM at Immaculate Conception Church Fellowship Hall, 4030 Jackson Street N.E., Columbia Heights.  Tickets are $12.50 person which includes show, dessert and 1 complimentary drink.  All tickets are reserved in advance.  For ticket information, contact the Office at 763-788-9062.

LONGEST MARRIED COUPLE RECOGNITION - The World Marriage Day 2007 Committee and the Office for Family, Laity Youth and Young Adults are honoring couples in the Archdiocese who have been married 50 years or longer.  An attractive Certificate of Recognition, signed by Archbishop Flynn, will be given to all couples married 50 years or longer who contact us in writing during the month of February.  If you know of a couple who has NOT been recognized in the past with this special acknowledgement, please mail their name, address, and the number of years married to: Office for Family, Laity, Youth and Young Adults, c/o Longest Married Couple, 328 West Kellogg Boulevard, St. Paul, MN 55102.

ALL DAY SEMINAR - The Church of St. Helena, Minneapolis, will present a special all-day seminar on “What Difference Does It Make Being A Catholic?” taught by Douglas G. ANNUAL SINGLE PARENT MORNING RETREAT

The Archdiocesan Office for Family, Laity, Youth and Young Adults is hosting its third annual Single Parent Morning Retreat on Saturday, February 17 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon.  This event is meant to provide Christian support for single parents through presentation and discussion.  The cost is $10.00/family.  Free childcare will be provided  Call 651-291-4489.
