THE GRACE OF RECOGNITION
We might say that Anna was in the right place at the right time to see and hold the Christ Child. But a closer reading shows that her presence in the temple was no accident. She, Luke tells us, was constantly in the temple, worshiping day and night in fasting and prayer. What can you do this week to make yourself more likely to recognize the presence of God in your home and community?
