HOLY CROSS TURKEY BINGO - The Holy Cross Holy Name will host a “Turkey & Cash Bingo” TODAY, Sunday, November 15 from 2:00 to 5:00 PM in Kolbe Hall.  All are welcome.  Refreshments will be available.

FOOD FOR THE NEEDY - This year we have a greater need.  Our current food supply is low.  Can you help by bringing food donations when you come to Church or to the Rectory during the week.  Everyone’s help in giving a couple of cans or packages of food will have a huge impact.  The food will be used for Thanksgiving Baskets.  Any cash donations received will be used for turkeys, bread, etc.

CHRISTMAS WREATHS will be sold by Pope John Paul II School N.E.R.O. Booster Organization (youth sports).  Purchase a Wreath and your name will be entered for a $30.00 Cub certificate.  24” Wreath with a bow is $14.50, 24” Wreath with bow and cones is $16.00.  Call Renee at 612-781-3242 or Jim at 612-788-3413.

TURKEY RAFFLE - The Saint Cyril’s Slovak Men’s Club is having their Annual Turkey Raffle on Friday, November 20th at 7:00 PM in the church basement located at 13th Avenue and 2nd Street N.E.  Cash drawing, games, refreshments.  Donation $1.00 in advance and $2.00 at the door.  Handicap accessible.

TURKEY BINGO - All Saints Church is having a Turkey/Cash Bingo on Sunday, November 22nd from 2-5 PM in the Parish Center located at 435-5th Street N.E.  Games, refreshments, and door prizes will be featured.

ANNUAL BAKE SALE - The Altar Society & St. Anne’s Club of St. Maron Church, 600 University Avenue N.E., is having their Annual Bake Sale, Saturday, Nov. 14th from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Sunday, Nov.  15th from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.  Delicious Lebanese Pastries, bread and more.

COME FOR COFFEE and donuts and learn how you can lose weight!  The Holy Cross Light Weight group will be showing an orientation video December 6 (Donut Sunday) at 11:15 in the Pioneer Room.  Stop by and learn how the Light Weigh can change your life.

WIGILIA BENEFIT FOR POLISH CHILDREN -  The Polish American Cultural Institute of Minnesota will hold a traditional Wigilia dinner to benefit disadvantaged Polish children on December 13 at 6:00 PM. at Gasthof Restaurant located at 2300 University Avenue NE.  This community Christmas Eve celebration features sharing of the oplatki, eating traditional foods, and singing carols in Polish and English.  Tickets available online at www.pacim.org or send your $35 check made out to PACIM to: PACIM, c/o Mietek Konczyk, 209 8th St. E #404, Saint Paul, MN 55101 no later than December 5.  Please indicate if you have specific seating requirements.  For more information, call Mietek Konczyk at (651) 222-7455
