WORLD MISSION SUNDAY Thank you for your generosity on Work Mission Sunday! Our parish offered $898.50 to the Propagation of the Faith for the missionary work of the Church. This is a real blessing for the Missions! Please continue to pray for God's blessings on missionaries.
PEACE MASS - St. Constantine Ukrainian Catholic Church, 515 University Avenue N.E., Minneapolis, will be the host of the next Peace Mass held on October 29, 2002. Rosary begins at 6:30 p.m.; Peace Mass 7:00 p.m. Receive a copy of the message given by the Blessed Virgin Mary to the world at Medjugorje on the 25th of each month. Refreshments follow.
ALL NIGHT VIGILS - The World Apostolate of Fatima is sponsoring two All-Night Vigils of prayer and reparation on November 1 and 2. One is at the Church of St. Jerome, 380 Roselawn, Maplewood, starting at 8:00 p.m. and the other is in Minneapolis at the Church of Holy Rosary, 2424-18th Avenue South, starting at 7:00 p.m. Both vigils will close with Mass at 4:00 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 2.
FIRST SATURDAY DEVOTIONS will be held this Saturday, November 2 at Holy Cross at 7:45 a.m. with praying of the first three decades of the Rosary and Mass at 8:00 a.m. After Mass our devotions will continue with praying of the final two decades of the Rosary, prayer and meditation. All are invited to participate.

HOLY CROSS ROSARY GUILD FASHION SHOW - The Holy Cross Fashion Show Rosary Guild presents their Annual Luncheon and Mission Benefit on Saturday, November 9 in Kolbe Center. The event begins with a Social at 11:15. A Roast Pork Lunch will be served at 12:00 noon. Following lunch a Style Show by Lila's will be featured. Tickets are $14.00 and are available by calling Janice Godlewski weekdays at 612-789-7238 or Judy Siwek at 612-781-7914. Tickets will be available after Masses the weekend of Oct. 26 & 27 and Nov. 2 & 3. Table reservations will be taken for groups of 8 or 10.
CASINO BUS TRIP - Degree of Honor - Polish White Eagle #15 is having a casino bus trip to Hinckley on Wednesday, November 13. For reservations or more information call Dorothy Breza at 763-572-8251. Last day for reservations is November 6th.

GREAT NEWS AND THANKS - Thank you to all who supported Northeast Regional Catholic School by making a donation to the Marathon. With the efforts of the students, families, faculty, staff, and the NERCS community, the school reached its goal of $15,000. The money will be used for programming for the students. The cost of educating each student is over $5,000, so you can understand all donations are important and welcome. THANK YOU!
