F.R.O.G.G.'s MISSION PROJECT - The F.R.O.G.G.'s (Forever Rely On God's Grace), the Holy Cross youth group, plans a mission trip to the Dominican Republic in March. As part of their bonding with the less fortunate in the Dominican Republic, the youth group will be collecting school supplies (regular notebooks, pencils, pens, decorated notebooks, Lisa Frank items), fun little trinkets, Tylenol, and vitamins (C, D and A capsules). Donations can be brought to church on the weekends of Oct. 12, 19 & 26 and placed in the boxes by the University Avenue entrance of Church. The donations will then be sent to orphanages and elder care homes in the Dominican Republic. Thank you!

CHRISTMAS WREATHS FOR SALE - The Holy Cross Educational Task Force will be taking orders for Christmas Wreaths. These Minnesota Balsam Fir wreaths are 25 inches and each is decorated with white tipped pine cones, festively accented with jingle bells and trimmed with a gold backed red velvet bow. Each wreath will come in a decorative plastic bag, great for gift giving. The cost of each wreath is $12.50. The eighth grade students from your Catholic parish school, with the assistance of parent, Vicki Brousseau, collected personal hygiene products for Sharing and Caring Hands, delivered them, and then served diner to those in need. How proud we are of these students!
